  • Account & Tenant data: name, email, username, tenant/organization details, and role (owner/admin/viewer).
  • Support & issue data: messages, attachments, change requests, severity, and ticket metadata.
  • Bug reports (public form): contact info, description, optional files, browser/user-agent, screen size, page URL, and referrer domain.
  • Operational data: server logs (IP, timestamps, request metadata) used for security and reliability.

How we use information

  • Provide and maintain the Tenant Portal and related services.
  • Communicate about issues, changes, and releases.
  • Improve reliability, security, and support quality.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce terms.

ClubTrackr is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal data, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
